From European Subsidiary
to Independent Powerhouse

Incorporated on October 18, 2016 in Hyderabad as TALIS Valves India Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U74999TG2016FTC112501), the company began as the official South Asian subsidiary of the global TALIS Group — bringing world-class European valve engineering to the Indian water sector.

In October 2022, the executive leadership team completed an independent Management Buyout (MBO), establishing STS Valves India Private Limited. The transition preserved all technical expertise, certifications, and client relationships while establishing a fully autonomous, engineering-first enterprise.

Today, STS Valves operates on a dual-engine model — manufacturing Ductile Iron valves at our Adibatla, Hyderabad facility while maintaining exclusive distribution rights for TALIS Group's European brands across 6 SAARC nations.
